Longevity is located at S. De Anza Blvd and Kentwood Avenue, one block off HWY 85.

From HWY 85, Exit on S De Anza Blvd, go to north and take left turn on the first stop light to Kentwood Avenue.

From HWY 280, Exit on De Anza Blvd, go to south and take right turn on Kentwood Avenue.

Due to remodeling, the front park lot is temporarily closed. There are plenty of the parking spaces in the back.

Please go around the Kentwood Avenue and follow the sign to the back.
